AKP Phnom Penh, January 27, 2025 -- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H.E. Prak Sokhonn and H.E. Stefan Messerer, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Cambodia, discussed enhancing Cambodia-Germany cooperation, during a courtesy call by the latter on Jan. 27.
According to a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Prak Sokhonn and Ambassador Messerer recalled the historical milestones in Cambodia-Germany relations, including the official visit of H.E. Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, German President, to Cambodia in February 2023, and the fruitful talks between Samdech Techo Hun Sen and H.E. Olaf Scholz, German Chancellor, on the sidelines of the ASEAN-EU Commemorative Summit in Brussels in December 2022.
