AKP Phnom Penh, September 9, 2026 —

H.E. Neth Pheaktra (Pic. 1), Minister of Information, and H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung (Pic. 2), Ambassador of India to Cambodia, deliver their respective remarks while they were presiding over at India House in Phnom Penh this afternoon a send-off ceremony for 15 officials of the Ministry of Information who will attend a training programme on “Certificate in New Age Media and IT” in New Delhi, India.

The course will take place from Sept. 14 to 25, 2026, under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme of the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
