General view of Keo Sikha Kiri Svara Pagoda, located at the foot of the Dangrek Mountain range in Choam Ksan district, Preah Vihear province, which has suffered severe damage due to bombing and shelling by Thai military forces during last year’s incursions into Cambodia’s sovereign territory.

These damages serve as evidence of war crimes committed by invading Thai forces, which violated the laws of war and international law that clearly stipulate civilian facilities and civilians must never be targeted during armed conflicts.
