AKP Phnom Penh, March 02, 2026—

H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), addresses the participants while he was presiding over a meeting to discuss a plan to organise the “Nokor Sankranta” event in Phnom Penh to celebrate the Khmer Traditional New Year 2026.

The meeting was held at the Ministry of Information this morning, with the participation of H.E. Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information, the ministry’s senior officials, representatives of the Television and Radio Associations and journalists, as well as many UYFC members.
