AKP Stung Treng, August 10, 2026 —

H.E. Chhay Rithisen (L, Pic. 1), Minister of Rural Development, and H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, preside over a ceremony marking the 32nd International Day of the World Indigenous Peoples and the 22nd celebration in Cambodia in Stung Treng province this morning under the theme “Honouring Indigenous Midwives: Safeguarding Life and Well-being.”

A total of more than 940 participants, including senior officials of relevant ministries and institutions, provincial authorities, development partners, local authorities, teachers, students and indigenous peoples, attended the annual celebration.
