AKP Phnom Penh, September 25, 2026 -- The Royal Government of Cambodia has approved the establishment of a Representative Office of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France, aimed at facilitating and strengthening trade and business relations between the two countries.

According to a decision dated Sept. 14, 2026 and publicly released on Sept. 25, the office is officially named the Representative Office of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

The establishment of the representative office is intended to serve as a platform for facilitating communication and cooperation in trade and business between Cambodian and French business communities.

The decision also stipulates that the representative office will operate without using the national budget.

The office comprises 15 members, who are selected through an election process.

With the establishment of the Paris office, Cambodia now has seven Cambodian Chamber of Commerce representative offices in five countries – one in Japan; two in Canada (Montreal and Toronto); one in Long Beach, the United States; two in Australia (Melbourne and Sydney); and one in Paris.
