AKP Kandal, September 22, 2026 —

A Singaporean delegation led by H.E. Zhulkarnain Abdul Rahim (L, Pic. 1), Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Home Affairs, arrives at Techo International Airport this afternoon to attend the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS-2026) to be hosted by Cambodia on Sept. 23-24 in Phnom Penh under the theme “Acting Together Towards Breaking the Chain and Eradication of Online Scams."
