The Embassy of the Lao PDR in Phnom Penh hosts a celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and bilateral cultural cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Cambodia at the Chaktomuk Conference Hall in Phnom Penh this evening under the presidency of H.E. Dr. Phoeung Sackona (R Front, Pic. 1), Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, and H.E. Sonexay Vannaxay (L Front, Pic. 1), Ambassador of the Lao PDR to Cambodia.
