A high-level government delegation, led by Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, pays last tribute to late H.E. Binditsapheachar Chan Sarun, Member of the National Assembly representing Takeo province and former Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, who passed away on Aug. 31, 2026, at the age of 81, at the demise’s residence in Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, this afternoon.
