AKP Phnom Penh, August 28, 2026—

H.E. Ouch Borith (Pic. 1), First Vice President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani (Pic. ), Founding Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC) and Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan, co-chair this morning the continuation of the General Debate under the theme “Solidarity for Peace and Shared Prosperity: Strengthening International Law and Resolving Conflicts Peacefully” of the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2), being held in Phnom Penh from August 26-28.
