H.E. Heng Sour (R, Pic. 1), Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, receives Mr. Pius Frick, Country Coordinator of the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED) in Cambodia, at the Ministry in Phnom Penh this afternoon. After that, both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
