H.E. Neth Pheaktra (R, Pic. 1), Minister of Information, receives Mr. Ritesh Kumar Singh, Chief Executive Officer of Smart Axiata Co., Ltd., for a working meeting at the Ministry of Information in Phnom Penh this morning.

The two sides discussed cooperation and Smart Axiata’s contribution to advancing the development of Cambodia’s information, telecommunications and digital transformation sectors.
