AKP Phnom Penh, July 10, 2026 —

H.E. Neth Pheaktra (R, Pic. 1), Minister of Information and Head of the Royal Government Working Group for Kratie Province, and H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, show the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on grant financing from the Government of India to the Ministry of Information for the implementation of two Quick Impact Projects (QIPs) in 2026.

The MoU signing ceremony takes place at the Ministry of Information in Phnom Penh this afternoon.
