Samdech Kittisangahapundit Men Sam An (Pic. 1), a Member of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King and Vice President of the Cambodian Veterans and Pensioners Association, offers a jasmine garland to Buddha statue while she was presiding over a ceremony to offer Tean Vossa (Vossa candles) to 19 pagodas and distribute donations to 25 veteran and retiree families in Svay Rieng province this morning.
