More than 8,000 job vacancies are currently available across three central lowland provinces in Cambodia, specifically targeting returning migrant workers from Thailand and local job seekers, according to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.

The Ministry announced recently that as of May 30, 2026, a total of 8,357 employment opportunities have been secured in Kampong Cham, Kampong Chhnang, and Kampong Thom provinces. The available positions span key economic sectors, including agriculture, industry, and services.

To facilitate the employment process, the Ministry has published detailed information booklets outlining specific factories, industries, and direct contact numbers for interested applicants.

In addition to contacting employers directly, job seekers – particularly returning migrant workers – can reach out to the Ministry’s dedicated hotline at 1297 for job placement coordination and support services, the Ministry added.
