H.E. Gen, Tea Seiha (3rd L, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, and H.E. Anatoly Borovik (3rd R, Pic. 1), Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, pose for a group photo while they were presiding over on April 7 the official welcome ceremony of two Russian warships—Sovershenny No. 333 and Rezky No. 343—from the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Navy, which docked at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port on April 6, 2026, for a three-day goodwill visit to Cambodia.
