Cambodia, Morocco Enhance Cultural Cooperation

Cambodia and Morocco have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of culture.
The MoU was inked here on Feb. 4 between H.E. Sum Mab, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, and H.E. Mohammed Mehdi Bensaid, Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication of Morocco.
The agreement aims to enhance collaboration across various cultural sectors and also marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The MoU focuses on joint cooperation in the conservation and promotion of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, the exchange of experiences in cultural and creative industries, skills development, and training in museum, library, and archive management.
On the occasion, both sides expressed their strong commitment to deepening cooperation and discussed initial plans to organise joint cultural activities, including cultural events, exhibitions, exposure visits, and other related initiatives.
