The Ministry of Interior this afternoon issued a press release on the impact on civilian areas, casualties, and hardship faced by displaced Cambodian citizens due to Thailand’s aggression on Cambodia’s sovereign territory from 6:00 p.m. on Dec. 10 until 7:00 a.m. on Dec. 11.
