Air Cambodia to Launch New Domestic Route Connecting Phnom Penh and Koh Kong
AKP Phnom Penh, November 28, 2025 --
National flag carrier Air Cambodia has announced the launch of a new domestic route linking Phnom Penh’s Techo International Airport (KTI) with Koh Kong province’s Dara Sakor Airport (DSY), beginning next month.
The new service between Techo International Airport and Dara Sakor Airport will commence on Dec. 14, 2025.
“This new flight will operate from Techo International Airport–Phnom Penh (KTI), a cultural and economic hub, to Dara Sakor Airport–Koh Kong Province (DSY), a beautiful coastal area in southwest Cambodia,” the airline said in its announcement issued on Nov. 26.
Under the new schedule, the airline will operate twice-weekly flights between Phnom Penh and Dara Sakor, on Fridays and Sundays.
Dara Sakor Airport, located in Koh Kong province, began receiving domestic flights in April this year, with Cambodia Airways operating the inaugural service.
Domestic flights to Dara Sakor are expected to boost travel for tourists and investors to the coastal region and nearby islands, according to H.E. Sinn Chanserey Vutha, Secretary of State and Spokesperson for the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation.
