AKP Phnom Penh, November 18, 2025–

Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister H.E. PRAK Sokhonn (L, Pic. 1), Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, holds a bilateral meeting with H.E. Olivier Jean Patrick Nduhungirehe, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda, in Kigali on Nov. 18, during his official visit to the Republic of Rwanda and participation in the 46th Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie on Nov. 19-20. 

After the talks, both Ministers of Foreign Affairs signed two documents, namely, (1) Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of Bilateral Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries and (2) Agreement on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Offical Passports.
