AKP Kep, October 21, 2025 --

H.E. Khieu Kanharith (C, Pic. 1), Member of the National Assembly and Member of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King, confers a Royal Decree of Cambodian citizenship upon Mr. Klein Norbert Hans, a German national, following his many years of contributions and good deeds to the Royal Government of Cambodia and Cambodian society, in a ceremony held in Kep provincial city this morning with the participation of H.E. Dr. Som Piseth, Governor of Kep province.
