Delegations from different ministries and institutions, both public and private, take turn to lay wreaths and pay respects to His Majesty the late King-Father Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh) at the Royal Statue in Phnom Penh this morning to mark the 13th anniversary of his passing (Oct. 15, 2012-Oct. 15, 2025).
