A high-level delegation of Cambodian Ministry of National Defence led by H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha (C, Front Row, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, visits the Kaysone Phomvihane National Defence Academy of Laos, in Vientiane on Oct. 14, on the sidelines of the Trilateral Defence Ministers' Meeting and the Closing Ceremony of the Joint Disaster Relief Exercise of the three armed forces, Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam.
