AKP Phnom Penh, October 15, 2025—

H.E. Hy Sophea, President of the Constitutional Council, leads a high-level delegation to lay a wreath and pay tribute to His Majesty the late King-Father, Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh), on the 13th year anniversary of his passing away (Oct. 15, 2012 – Oct. 15, 2025), at the Royal Statue, located in a public park, east of the Monument of Independence in Phnom Penh, this morning.
