H.E. Prak Sokhonn (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, addresses the participants while he, H.E. Dr. Tanaka Akihiko, President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, preside over the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) Programme in Cambodia, held at the Cambodia Japan Cooperation Centre (CJCC) in Phnom Penh this afternoon.
