Venerable Nhel Dy, Chief of Buddhist Monks of Prey Chan Pagoda, who was injured in the violence committed by the Thai mixed forces on the afternoon of Sept. 17, 2025 in Prey Chan village, O’ Beichoan commune, O’ Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, gives an interview to national and international journalists this morning at Prey Chan pagoda.
