AKP Kandal, September 09, 2025—

National flag carrier Air Cambodia (K6 611) (Pic. 1) receives a water salute this morning as the inaugural flight at the newly-built Techo International Airport, followed shortly after by Singapore Airlines (SQ 155).

The welcoming ceremony was presided over by H.E. Dr. Mao Havannall, Minister in charge of the Secretariat of State for Civil Aviation, with the participation of many senior officials, as well as the governors of Phnom Penh capital and Kandal and Takeo provinces.
