H.E. Aphi Santepundit Sar Sokha (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, who also serves as the Head of the Royal Government Working Group for Prey Veng province, addresses the participants while he was presiding over a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of an 18,340-metre-long DBST (Double Bituminous Surface Treatment) road at Pring village, Krang Svay commune, Preah Sdach district, Prey Veng province this morning.
