AKP Phnom Penh, March 27, 2025 --

The Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) and the Embassy of Czech Republic delegation discussed the progress of Cambodia’s demining activities.

H.E. Heng Ratana, CMAC Director General, hosted the discussion with Mr. Jakub Cerny, Deputy Chief of Mission and Head of Economic & Commercial Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic to Cambodia, and Mrs. Helena Kotkova, Director of BAIDE to Cambodia, at CMAC headquarters early this week.

The discussion also focused on strengthening the cooperation between the Government of the Czech Republic and CMAC in implementing demining support projects both in Cambodia and other countries.

H.E. Heng Ratana expressed his deep appreciation of the continuing support from the Government of the Czech Republic for his centre.
