Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister H.E. PRAK Sokhonn (R, Pic. 1), Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, sign here this morning an Exchange of Notes and related documents on Japan’s grant aid for two projects totaling 1,466,000,000 Yen, equivalent to approximately US$10,400,000, in the mine action sector.
