Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1) addresses the participants while he was presiding over a graduation ceremony of 4,426 graduates from Vanda Institute, held at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre in Phnom Penh this morning.
