Cambodian NA President Extends Condolences over Recent Plane Crash in South Korea

Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly (NA) of Cambodia, has sent a condolence message to H.E. Woo Won-shik, Speaker of the NA of the Republic of Korea, over the recent plane crash at Muan International Airport.
“On behalf of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, I extend my deepest condolences and sympathies to you, through you, to the bereaved families, and to the people of the Republic of Korea for the tragic plane crash at Muan International Airport on 29 December 2024,” she wrote in her message.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of the victims during this profoundly difficult time. In this moment of sorrow, we stand with you, sharing in your grief and extending our heartfelt sympathies. May the strength and resilience of your nation provide comfort and guidance as you navigate this period of mourning,” concluded Samdech Khuon Sudary.
Jeju Air flight 7C2216 crashed and caught fire at Muan International Airport in South Korea on Sunday, killing 179 out 181 people on board.
