Cambodia shows off its longest boat of 87.3 metres long and 1.94 metres wide, named “Kambojikaputtakhemaratari,” which has recently earned the Guinness World Record, in front of the Royal Palace this afternoon, the first day of the three-day Water Festival in Phnom Penh.
