Ouch Borith (Pic. 1), Acting President of the Senate, chairs an extraordinary session of the 5th legislature of the Senate at the Senate Palace in Phnom Penh this morning to announce the admission of a new senator and review and provide comments on the draft law on amendments to the Law on Administrative Management of Communes/Sangkats.
