H.E. Ouch Borith (Pic. 1), First Vice-President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, delivers his keynote address at the opening ceremony of the 9th Asia-Pacific Parliamentarians’ Forum on Global Health (9th APPF-GH) at the National Assembly in Phnom Penh this morning.

Cambodia is hosting the three-day forum from Aug. 11 to 13, 2026, under the theme “Universal Health Coverage in the Era of Climate Change and Artificial Intelligence.”
