H.E. Suos Yara (Pic. 1), Chairman of the National Assembly's Commission on Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Information, Dr. Cheng Kimlong (Pic. 2), President of the Asian Vision Institute (AVI), and H.E. Wang Wenbin (Pic. 3), Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Cambodia, delivers their remarks at the launching ceremony of the second edition of ”Mekong-Lancang Peace Boat Programme” in Phnom Penh this morning.

Held under the theme "Mekong for the People, Peace and Prosperity," the launching ceremony takes place aboard a vessel on the Chaktomuk River.
