Cambodia's national ju-jitsu team won a total of eight medals, including two gold, three silver and three bronze, at the 10th Ju-Jitsu Asian Championship held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, from July 13 to 19.

The two gold medals were won in the U21 Ju-Jitsu Duo Mixed and U21 Ju-Jitsu Duo Female events.

Cambodia also claimed three silver medals in the Adult Ju-Jitsu Duo Open, Adult Ju-Jitsu Show Women, and Adult Ju-Jitsu Show Mixed events.

The three bronze medals came in the U21 Ju-Jitsu Fighting Male Under-69kg, Adult Ju-Jitsu Duo Men & Mixed, and Adult Ju-Jitsu Duo Women events.

Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet extended his congratulations to the Cambodian national ju-jitsu team, commending the athletes for bringing pride and honour to the nation through their achievements on the Asian stage.
