Cambodian Senate Secretariat Launches Official Website and Registration for the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference
AKP Phnom Penh, July 14, 2026 —
The General Secretariat of the Cambodian Senate officially launched the dedicated website and registration portal this afternoon for the upcoming 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2), scheduled to take place in Phnom Penh from Aug. 26 to 28, 2026.
According to an official press release, the new platform (www.iscpp2.senate.gov.kh) alongside its official QR code is now live and open for registration. The portal serves as the primary hub for delegates, international participants, and media practitioners to secure their attendance.
The landmark event will be held under the theme “Solidarity for Peace and Shared Prosperity — Strengthening International Law and Resolving Conflicts Peacefully.” The theme highlights the vital role global parliaments play in fostering mutual understanding, respecting sovereignty, and upholding the rule of law to promote harmony and global stability.
Established in 2025 in the Republic of Korea, the ISC has quickly grown into a premier platform for parliamentary leaders to exchange strategic insights and tackle complex global challenges.
The first-ever ISC was hosted in Islamabad, Pakistan, in November 2025, centering on the core theme of "Peace, Security and Development."
The Phnom Penh summit is expected to convene legislative speakers, policymakers, and international experts from across the globe to drive actionable discussions on sustainable development, peace building, and regional integration.
