Hun Many (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service, representing Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, addresses the participants while he was presiding over the official announcement ceremony of the "2025 Model Public Service Units in Education and Health."
