Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia Officialises New Members in Media Sector

Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), officially recognised the formation of the organisation’s new members in the media sector at a ceremony held Tuesday at the Ministry of Information.
The event drew over 500 participants, including executive and central committee members, as well as UYFC media representatives.
H.E. Ngoeun Chanline Pollen, head of the newly formed working group, opened the ceremony with a welcome address and presented a progress report highlighting the group’s contributions to social, cultural, humanitarian, and broadcasting efforts under H.E. Hun Many’s leadership.
H.E. Samheng Boros, a member of the UYFC Central Committee’s Executive Committee, read the official resolution formalising the group’s structure, headed by one honorary chairperson, 25 honorary members, one chairperson, and nine vice chairpersons.
Following the announcement, Mr. Tauch Narath, Permanent Vice Chairperson of the working group, pledged to strictly uphold UYFC’s internal regulations and statutes. He also reaffirmed the group’s commitment to honouring the historic legacy of the December 2, 1978, National Salvation Front, while maintaining rigorous professional and ethical standards in all media output to further the organisation’s mission.
