H.E. Neth Pheaktra (L, Pic. 1), Minister of Information and Head of the Royal Government Working Group for Kratie Province, hands over a land title certificate to a resident, during a handover ceremony of land title certificates to local people in Boeung Chreng, Khlor, Saob Leu, and Saob Krom villages in Saob commune, Prek Prasab district, Kratie province, held at Saob Leu pagoda this morning.
