The General Department of Immigration (GDI) of the Ministry of Interior has issued a public clarification warning that the website https://www.cambodiaivisa.com/ is not an official platform recognised by the Royal Government of Cambodia and is not operated by the GDI for electronic visa consultation or entry procedures into the Kingdom.

In a press release dated June 10, the GDI urged both Cambodian citizens and international travellers to exercise caution and verify information through official government channels when seeking services related to entry into Cambodia.

The GDI reaffirmed that electronic registration procedures for entering Cambodia are conducted through the official Cambodia e-Arrival system available at www.arrival.gov.kh or via the Cambodia e-Arrival application.

For official updates and immigration-related information, the GDI advised the public to visit its official website at www.immigration.gov.kh.
