Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has extended congratulations to H.E. Ms. Valentina Matvienko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of Russia Day.

In his congratulatory message AKP received on Monday, Samdech Techo Hun Sen noted that the long-standing relations between the two countries, which are built on the foundation of solidarity, mutual trust and understanding, and win-win cooperation continue to grow and have yielded tangible benefits for the two peoples.

“I have strong confidence in our shared resolve to advance our bilateral ties in all potential areas of cooperation to serve the best interests of our two nations,” he underlined.

Samdech Techo also pledged to work closely with H.E. Ms. Valentina Matvienko to further deepen the parliamentary cooperation between both nations in pursuit of lasting peace and sustainable development.

The Acting Head of State concluded his message with best wishes for H.E. Ms. Valentina Matvienko’s continued good health, happiness, and success, as well as for the well-being and prosperity of the people of the Russian Federation.
