Deputy Prime Minister Hun Many (Pic. 1), Minister of Civil Service and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), addresses the participants while he was presiding over the commemoration of the “Day of Reckoning,” held this evening at the National Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh with an aim to promote national reflection on Cambodia’s past and encourage unity and national development.
