South Korean NGO ‘Global Life Sharing’ Delivers Major Humanitarian Aid to Cambodia’s Kandal Province

Cambodia’s Kandal province has received a large shipment of medical supplies and daily necessities from Global Life Sharing, a South Korea-based international humanitarian NGO.
The relief goods were formally handed over Tuesday afternoon at the provincial hall, led by a high-level delegation headed by Acting Senate President H.E. Ouch Borith.
Kandal Provincial Council President H.E. Nou Sakhorn, along with various provincial department representatives and local officials, attended the ceremony.
Acting Senate President H.E. Ouch Borith underscored the strengthening cooperation between Cambodia and South Korean humanitarian networks. He noted that the partnership with Global Life Sharing has enabled large-scale aid from the South Korean public to Cambodian communities, pledging to expand such support across Kandal and other provinces. He also thanked local authorities for maintaining public order and ensuring citizen welfare.
In response, Provincial Council President H.E. Nou Sakhorn called the donation an invaluable contribution to public health and to easing hardships faced by vulnerable, low-income families in the province.
He expressed deep gratitude to the Cambodian Senate, led by President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, and praised H.E. Ouch Borith for leveraging international diplomacy to secure the aid. He also commended Global Life Sharing for its broader commitment to upgrading medical and educational infrastructure, noting that the NGO’s philanthropy benefits numerous developing countries beyond Cambodia.
