Kittisethabindit Cheam Yeap (Pic. 1), First Vice President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presides over the opening ceremony of the AIPA-Cambodia National Parliamentary Conference on Climate Governance, organised by the General Secretariat of the National Assembly and ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) at the National Assembly Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
