H.E. Neth Pheaktra (Pic. 1), Minister of Information, delivers his remarks while he was presiding over here this afternoon the closing ceremony of the training course on “Website Use and Protection” for the Ministry’s officials.
The two-day training course was held at the Ministry’s training centre with the paticipatin of 112 officials.
