AKP Kandal, May 14, 2026—

H.E. Thor Chetha (2nd R, Pic. 1), Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, and H.E. Neth Pheaktra (C, Pic. 1), accompanied by their colleagues, inspect the construction progress of the Techo Sen 2 Radar Station, located on Mount Prasith located in Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province, on the afternoon of May 13.

Financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the construction of Techo Sen 2 Radar Station under the Irrigated Agricultural Improvement Project is expected to last approximately 640 days.
