H.E. Y Chhean (L, Pic. 1) Senior Minister and Head of the Royal Government Working Group for Pailin Province, and Pailin Provincial Governor H.E. Mrs. Ban Sreymom, lead a traditional Buddhist chanting ceremony and ritual to welcome the New Year Angel, at the Pailin Provincial Hall, officially marking the commencement of the Khmer New Year celebrations.
