Hun Many (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), leads the Krong Porli ceremony at the Wat Phnom historical site this morning. The traditional ritual marks the official blessing and preparation ahead of  "Nokor Sankranta 2026" celebrations.
